This is software developed in conjunction with the open-source CGI platform Blender to provide visualizations of a variety of topics of interest to neuroscientists. Code is provided as .blend files and categorized by content. Feel free to download, use, alter and distribute!

Also developed in Blender, this time through the game engine, this code is provided as a .blend file that can be edited and compiled within the Blender environment to become an executable, standalone version. We also provide a pre-compiled executable file for those wishing to simply try the task. Matlab code for importing the resulting data file is also included.
